This is the spirit that drives us. It creates our tight-knit, collaborative culture. It feeds our curiosity and it lays the foundation for groundbreaking approaches to how we work.
Before Alice Street Realty ever helped a client buy or sell a home, we spent months bringing an old industrial building in the heart of St. Patrick’s Ward back to life.
We could have leased a modern office, but restoring an existing building felt like a better fit for who we wanted to be. We saw an opportunity to preserve a small piece of the neighbourhood’s history while creating a welcoming, energy-efficient space that would serve our team, our clients, and the community for years to come.
Choosing The Ward was just as intentional. It’s a neighbourhood with a rich history, an incredible mix of people, and a strong sense of community. It’s the kind of place where people know their neighbours, support local businesses, and genuinely care about where they live. That’s the environment we wanted to be part of.
Our office isn’t just where we work. We hope it’s a place where neighbours stop in for a coffee, where local connections are made, and where people feel comfortable asking questions about real estate, the neighbourhood, or Guelph in general. We believe a brokerage can be part of the fabric of a community, not just a business operating within it.
That idea shapes everything we do. We care about good design, thoughtful marketing, old buildings, local businesses, sustainability, and the neighbourhoods that make Guelph such a special place to live. Whether we’re photographing a century home, exploring a new trail, or recommending our favourite coffee shop, we’re always looking for ways to share what we love about this city.
Alice Street Realty is, first and foremost, a local business built by people who care deeply about Guelph. We’re excited to be part of The Ward’s next chapter, and grateful to be building ours here too.
A passionate group of Guelph experts dedicated to finding the perfect backdrop for your life’s best moments. Let’s find your place together.

For the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of helping people buy and sell homes, but what I've always loved most about real estate has nothing to do with the houses themselves. It's the people. Every client has a different story, a different goal, and a different vision for what home means to them. Getting to be part of that journey is something I never take for granted.
Starting Alice Street Realty was something I'd been thinking about for a long time. I wanted to build a brokerage that reflects what I believe real estate should be, personal, honest, community-focused, and built around relationships instead of transactions. I wanted to create a place where people feel comfortable walking through the door, whether they're buying their first home, selling a family home, or just stopping by for a coffee and a conversation.
I've always been fascinated by cities and the way they're designed. I love thinking about how neighbourhoods evolve, what makes a place feel connected, and how thoughtful urban planning can shape the way people live. To me, great communities aren't defined by bigger houses or wider roads, they're places where people can walk to their favourite coffee shop, bike to work, support local businesses, and feel connected to the people around them. That passion has had a huge influence on the kind of brokerage I wanted to build.
Guelph has always felt like that kind of place to me. I love exploring the city by bike, discovering new neighbourhoods, appreciating the history behind old buildings, and seeing the little details that give each area its own character. Sustainability is also something that's important to me, and I believe we all have a responsibility to make choices that leave our communities a little better than we found them.
At the end of the day, my goal isn't just to help people buy or sell a house. It's to build lasting relationships, make meaningful connections, and contribute to creating a city where people truly want to live.

Besides my love for homes, I became a realtor because making a difference in people’s lives is what makes me happiest. When you are helping someone buy or sell their home; they are trusting you to be their “person”. It’s a responsibility I take seriously and pride myself for always going above and beyond for clients.
I specialize in the Guelph (and surrounding area) real estate market and am very knowledgeable of the community, acquired from personal and professional experience. This allows me to have the information clients need to make the right decisions when it comes to buying or selling real estate.
On a more personal note, supporting my local community is important to me. There are so many incredible organizations, small businesses, and places to explore in Guelph! I am also a mother of two children, have a slight obsession with plants, and always enjoy a cup of hot coffee paired with a good conversation.

With a background in customer service, management, leadership, and human resources, I’ve always sought opportunities to help others. My transition into real estate felt natural, especially after my initial investments in rental properties. That experience gave me valuable insight into the market, prompting me to pursue my real estate license and embark on this fulfilling career. My expertise in process improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk management ensures smooth transactions and protects my clients’ best interests.
My approach to real estate is deeply personal. I believe in building genuine connections with my clients, understanding that buying or selling a home is a significant and often emotional journey. I act as a dedicated partner, guiding you through every step with care and consideration. You can expect open and honest communication, a thorough and diligent process, and a down-to-earth, approachable personality. I’m committed to listening to your needs, answering your questions, and ensuring you feel supported throughout the entire process.
A little more about me: I’m a Disney adult! I love spending time with my family in sunny Florida. I also love musicals, comedy, and movies. I never turn down a chance to go to the theatre. The storytelling is unique in every show, and I love getting lost in the narrative. And, I’m a proud synchro mom of two talented daughters. Both are competitive artistic swimmers, one mainstream, the other in the adapted program. Last year, we swam adapted for Team Ontario, proudly showcasing what a team of adapted swimmers can achieve. Ask me about the swimsuits I embellished this year, the latest artwork by my youngest, or what song my girls are performing next, and watch me beam!

Home has always been my favourite place.
It’s slow mornings on the front porch of our peaceful country home. Cooking dinner with my family. A long conversation with a friend. Working on little projects that make our home feel even more like us.
Those moments remind me that home isn't just a place, it’s where life happens.
That's why real estate has always felt so meaningful to me.
For the past five years, I've had the privilege of working alongside Mike and our team, helping guide clients through one of life's biggest milestones. From coordinating transactions and marketing homes to managing the countless details behind the scenes, I've gained a deep understanding of the buying and selling process and, more importantly, how to make clients feel supported every step of the way.
Today, I continue to work alongside Mike while also helping clients directly as a REALTOR®. My years behind the scenes taught me how to anticipate challenges, stay calm under pressure, and ensure every experience feels as seamless and stress-free as possible.
My family is the centre of everything I do. My husband, Derek, and our two children, Gracy and Sawyer, are my biggest supporters and greatest teachers. They've taught me patience, perspective, resilience, and the importance of showing up for the people you love. They're also the reason I understand that every move represents something much bigger than real estate. It might be a family's first home, a fresh start, a new chapter, or a place where lifelong memories will be made.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, walks in the countryside, working on our home, or simply enjoying the quiet pace of everyday life. I'm happiest in the simple moments, and I think those moments are often the ones that matter most.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling a place filled with memories, or starting a new chapter, my goal is simple: to help you feel confident, cared for, and genuinely supported throughout the entire process.
Because at the end of the day, buying or selling a home isn't just about the transaction.
It's about finding the place where life happens.
